Meet Swell-Home
Ed and Jessica are joyful to call the greater Wilmington area home. They enjoy a variety of hobbies, including gardening, music, and spending time with family and friends. Jessica loves cooking, while Ed can often be found tinkering on his boat, always working on a new project.
They’re big fans of Wilmington’s local scene and love visiting downtown restaurants to enjoy fresh, local food. When it comes to entertainment, they make the most of the area’s venues, whether it’s a concert at UNC Kenan Auditorium, the Wilson Center, or a laid-back evening at the Greenfield Amphitheatre.
Above all, Ed and Jessica’s favorite way to spend their time is out on the water. Whether they’re cruising along the Cape Fear River or exploring the winding inlets and estuaries that surround Wilmington, there’s something special about the peacefulness and beauty of the area’s waterways. They love taking their boat out, enjoying the quiet as they navigate through scenic marshes, hidden coves, and lush coastal landscapes. The highlight of any outing is when a pod of dolphins makes an appearance, it’s always the perfect way to cap off a day on the water. It’s a reminder of how lucky they are to live in such a beautiful place.
